The Process
Step 1 - Get in touch
Whether you have your kit needs set in stone or just want to chat about what we can offer, drop us an email (contact@dessus.cc) and we'll see how we can help you towards your dream kit. Check out our custom products page to see what we have produced previously and get an idea of cost. If you are looking to produce an item
Step 2 - Discuss and design
Once we have an idea of what kit you, your team or club need, we can begin the fun part - designing! We can work with designs you already have or completely from scratch. If you have a rough idea of what you want, our in-house graphic designer can take your ideas from moodboard to final designs. We don't have a limit on design iterations, we'll keep refining designs until you're satisfied. We don't charge any design fees.

Step 3 - Sizing
Once you're happy with the design of the kit, we will need to sort sizing. Dependent on location, we can meet for a fitting session or you can work from our detailed sizing charts to compare with kit you already have.
Step 4 - Production
The next step is to finalise quantities, take payment and put everything into production, our minimum quantity is 5pcs per item and gender, you can have any mixture of sizes within this. We have some flexibilty with minimums but this may incur a surcharge, for larger orders with perhaps one item below the mininum we may be a able to waive the surcharge.

Step 5 - Delivery
Our standard lead time is 4-8 weeks form finalising dependent on order size. Standard delivery is included in the cost of your kit. If you are in a hurry though, we can organise a rush service in as little as 2-4 weeks.
